PROJECT OVERVIEW
OwoEko is a Web2-based incentive app designed to reward users for performing simple tasks. After registering and verifying their accounts through email, users are directed to an interactive interface where they can complete designated tasks by tapping.
Upon completing each task, the system prompts users to input their account details, and they receive instant payment for their efforts.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the project and product manager, I led the development of OwoEko by coordinating efforts across design, front-end, and back-end development teams.

OwoEko was developed using web technologies suited to Web2, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness. Project management was facilitated using tools like Jira for task assignments and Slack for communication, with Figma aiding the design process.
Challenges and Problem-Solving
During the project, we encountered technical challenges around real-time payment processing. To resolve this, we conducted additional tests on account verification flows and collaborated closely with the backend engineer to fine-tune the payment integration.

The app underwent rigorous unit, integration, and user testing to ensure reliable task performance and payment accuracy. The team conducted scenario-based tests to ensure that the payment processing and account verification flows worked smoothly for users.
