My Role
I successfully led a team of developers to build a mobile application from the ground up, managing every phase from concept to completion.
The entire process took about four months, during which we tackled various challenges and delivered a fully functional app. This experience deepened my leadership skills and strengthened my ability to guide a team through complex projects.
