PROJECT OVERVIEW
SportCast is an Android-only application designed to bring live streaming of football and other sports directly to fans’ devices. The app provides users with instant access to live matches, highlights, and real-time updates, catering to the growing demand for convenient, mobile-based sports streaming.
With a focus on delivering seamless streaming experiences, SportCast was developed to serve as a comprehensive platform for sports enthusiasts looking to stay connected with their favorite games on the go.
MY ROLE
As the Project Manager, I oversaw every phase of SportCast’s development, ensuring the project met deadlines, adhered to technical standards, and aligned with the stakeholders’ vision.
My role involved orchestrating cross-functional collaboration among designers, developers, and quality assurance testers, while managing resources and timelines to bring this ambitious streaming project to life.

From the outset, I worked with stakeholders to define the app’s objectives, focusing on fast, high-quality streaming and a user-friendly experience. We began by outlining essential features such as live match streaming, user notifications, and a robust infrastructure for handling high traffic during popular sports events. A detailed roadmap was established, enabling us to tackle each stage methodically and keep the project within scope.
