XCel Business is a sophisticated system tailored for business owners, enabling them to streamline their daily business transactions and operations. The platform provides a seamless experience, helping businesses manage transactions efficiently while optimizing productivity.
With its user-friendly interface, XCel Business supports day-to-day business management tasks, making it easier to track payments, oversee staff performance, and ensure smooth operations.
MY ROLE
As a product designer with over 4 years of experience, I was responsible for the entire design lifecycle of the XCel Business app.
Using Figma, I crafted intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that focused on enhancing user experience. I collaborated closely with the development and product teams to ensure that every element of the design aligned with business goals and provided an exceptional experience for end-users.

Description
The design process for the app involved several key stages aimed at creating a seamless, intuitive interface. I first conducted user research to understand the pain points and needs of the target audience, allowing me to create user personas and define user journeys. Using Figma, I translated these insights into wireframes, focusing on clear navigation, easy accessibility of features, and a clutter-free interface.
Once the wireframes were tested and validated, I moved on to designing high-fidelity prototypes, carefully considering color schemes, typography, and visual hierarchy to ensure an aesthetically pleasing yet functional design. I also integrated user feedback through iterative testing, refining the UI to improve usability and ensure a smooth, responsive experience across various devices. Each interface element, from dashboard layouts to transaction tracking features, was meticulously crafted to make the app both efficient and user-friendly, enhancing overall productivity for business owners.
Throughout the design process, I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure that the final product reflected the design vision, maintaining consistency in user experience while optimizing performance.
