MY ROLE

In my role as the Product Designer, I led the design and usability experience for XCel BulkPay, creating an interface that allows business users to navigate bulk payment tasks efficiently. This project involved extensive research into the specific needs of corporate users, focusing on delivering an intuitive, secure, and scalable solution for handling large transactions. My responsibilities included wireframing, UI/UX design, and continuous collaboration with developers to ensure the interface was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

  • User-Centric Design: Focused on understanding the core requirements of business users and designed an interface tailored to their workflows.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Developed initial prototypes that were easy to navigate and consistent with the expectations of corporate clients.
  • User Interface (UI) Design: Created a professional, streamlined UI that minimizes navigation time and maximizes accessibility.
  • User Experience (UX) Optimization: Simplified bulk payment actions, reducing the number of steps required to execute transactions.
  • Collaborative Feedback Integration: Worked closely with developers and pilot users to refine the app based on real-world testing and business feedback.
